Click for streaming versions in English or Spanish.

TAA has developed a lease video, available in English and Spanish, that covers the content of the lease by section and spotlights the significant content in each paragraph to save you and your leasing staff time, while still communicating a consistent and accurate message to your residents. While there may still be company-specific information to cover with your residents, this tool is intended to assist you and your onsite personnel in covering important Lease Contract information.

TAA has made this comprehensive resource available both on DVD and online as a streaming video through the links above so that each property or company can decide the best delivery vehicle for your circumstances.
