Fifth Circuit overturns injunction; Austin Source of Income ordinance in effect immediately

Yesterday afternoon, the United States Fifth Circuit Court overturned its previous injunction, which had temporarily put enforcement of Austin’s source of income ordinance on hold. As a result, the Austin source of income ordinance is now in effect.
