TAA readies for a busy legislative session

A slew of bills get filed each session. A much smaller number of “pre-filed” bills succeed in passing both chambers and being signed into law by Gov. Greg Abbott. Regardless, the Texas Apartment Association diligently monitors all legislation filed to keep an eye out for anything that would affect our industry.

Texans chosen for NAA leadership roles in 2017

During the recent National Apartment Association (NAA) Assembly of Delegates meeting in Maryland, Texas Apartment Association Past President Marc Ross of San Antonio was honored for his service as the 2016 Chairman of the Board. In addition, several fellow Texans were chosen for leadership roles at the national level in 2017.
