Substitution Policy
All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing by 11:59 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2024 sent to taaregistration@spargoinc.com. Substitution requests must be accompanied by a letter from the original registrant. After Thursday, April 11, 2024 all changes must be processed onsite at the Registration check-in counter.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received by Thursday, April 11, 2024. Cancellations after Thursday, April 11, 2024 will receive a 50 percent refund. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to TAA registration at taaregistration@spargoinc.com.
- Balance Dues: Badges and other registration materials will not be distributed to any registrant that has not paid in full.
- TAA reserves the right to review all conference registrations. If TAA identifies your company as a Non-Exhibiting Supplier, you will be notified and required to register as a Non-Exhibiting Supplier.
