Be the Next Room to Grow Ambassador 2023

The “Be the Next Room to Grow Ambassador” video challenge provides us an opportunity to hear from those who love the career that they found in multifamily. The Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation (TAAEF) shares these stories as we showcase how this industry not only provides homes, but careers that can change lives. Encourage your colleagues and friends who are newcomers to the industry to submit a video to become our next ambassador!
Video Challenge
If you are new to the industry with 5 years or less of multifamily experience, share why you love your apartment and rental housing industry career! Who better to tell the story of coming into the industry than someone still fairly new to it? We hope that these stories inspire others to look at all that multifamily has to offer. Submissions will be accepted January 18-February 1, 2023.
The process is easy—simply record a short video of yourself telling us who you are, what you do and what you love about your job. More details can be found at www.taaef.org.
Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of industry peers to determine the finalists. A winner will be determined by public voting and will be announced by February 21, 2023.
What you Win
The winner of the challenge will be featured in as part of our social media outreach efforts and will have a video debut at the TAA ONE Conference & Expo and the winner will receive a free registration and hotel stay during the conference. The new Ambassador will also be featured in Texas Apartments magazine, TAA Viewpoints newsletter and throughout TAAEF and TAA’s social media channels. The winner will also receive access to professionally shot photograph. Finally, the winner will receive a $500 gift card.
