TAA honors local associations with 2022 Membership Awards

The Texas Apartment Association Board of Directors recognized local associations in February for membership growth, retention and revenue increases between December 2021 and December 2022.
During its meeting on February 10 in Houston, the Texas Apartment Association Board of Directors recognized local associations for membership growth, retention and revenue increases between December 2021 and December 2022.
Membership growth awards were presented to:
- Corsicana Apartment Association, Associations up to 125 members
- Piney Woods Apartment Association, Associations with 126-200 members
- Apartment Association of Central Texas, Associations with 201-500 Members
- Lubbock Apartment Association, Associations with 500+ Members
Membership retention awards were presented to:
- Victoria Apartment Association, Associations up to 125 Members
- Piney Woods Apartment Association, Associations with 126-200 Members
- Corpus Christi Apartment Association, Associations with 201-500 Members
- Lubbock Apartment Association, Associations with 500+ Members
The TAA Membership Revenue Award for 2022 was awarded to the Big Country Apartment Association for the largest percent increase in billable dues during the 2022 calendar year.
