Be the Next Room to Grow Ambassador Video Challenge Begins Jan. 10 – Jan. 21
As part of the Texas Apartment Association’s Education Foundation (TAAEF)’s Room to Grow campaign, we share real stories of success that individuals have found in the rental housing industry. The “Be the Next” Room to Grow Ambassador video challenge asks candidates why they love their job. We hope their stories inspire others to look at all that multifamily has to offer.
This year we are looking for three new Ambassadors! This includes anyone living in Texas, with five years of experience or less in any aspect of the industry, including our onsite teams and corporate staff, maintenance professionals and supplier partners. We will have THREE winners this year, one from each category.
Submissions will be accepted beginning on January 10 and will run through January 21. The process is easy. The applicant simply records a short video telling us who they are, what they do, why they tell their friends & family to consider the industry and they love about your job. The winners of the challenge will be featured in professionally produced videos and receive high-quality photographs. This video will debut at the TAA ONE Conference & Expo and the winners will receive a free registration and hotel stay during the conference. The new Ambassadors will also be featured in Texas Apartments magazine, TAA Viewpoints newsletter and throughout TAAEF’s Room to Grow and TAA social media channels. The winners will also each receive a $500 gift card. Being a finalist or the winner is also great recognition for the affiliated companies and local associations.
