The Lease and REDBOOK teams continued to uphold TAA’s reputation for the most trusted leasing documents in Texas, while delivering critical updates tied to SB 38, compliance needs, and evolving member expectations.
Marketing & Communications
Marketing & Communications strengthened TAA’s statewide voice through brand modernization, new resources, digital optimization, and expanded analytics—ensuring members remain informed and engaged across every channel.

ONE Conference
In its second year under the ONE brand, the conference continued setting new records—delivering unforgettable experiences, expanded content, and deeper value for sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees.
TAA Education Foundation (TAAEF)
TAAEF expanded the industry’s future talent pipeline, strengthened Room to Grow’s reach, and launched new workforce and leadership development programs—supporting the industry’s long-term growth.
Finance
