TAA Programs
Empowering the next generation of leaders, TAA & TAAEF programs provide training, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities to help rental housing professionals grow, succeed, and shape the future of the industry.
Be the Next
The “Be the Next” video challenge invites industry newcomers with five years or less experience to share why they love their jobs, inspiring others to explore multifamily careers. Winners are selected across three categories, and participants can connect with local and state apartment associations to get more involved.
Lead the Next
The "Lead the Next" program aims to continue fostering leadership skills through a virtual format, building on "Skills to Grow" graduates and newer TAA members, with a steering committee guiding curriculum development.
Skills to Grow
“Skills to Grow,” a 4-part virtual program, teaches essential professional skills like communication, teamwork, and leadership while incorporating wellness to address burnout. Developed by industry leaders and TAAEF members, participants also collaborate on initiatives to recruit, retain, and advance talent, offering fresh insights and perspectives.
