Explore professional designations for rental housing offered by the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI)

The Texas Apartment Association (TAA) is a trusted source for industry-leading education, offering a variety of programs and resources tailored to rental housing professionals.

Many TAA-sponsored courses provide continuing education credits (CE) for industry designations, including CAM, CAMT, CAPS, CAS, and NALP, as well as CE credits required by the Texas Real Estate Commission for licensees.

In partnership with the National Apartment Association Education Institute, local apartment associations across Texas also deliver educational programs covering legal updates, leasing strategies, maintenance best practices, and more—many of which offer professional designations and continuing education credits.
