The Legal Symposium is designed primarily for TAA attorney members and attorneys who represent rental housing owners, operators, and management companies. This year, we are also extending attendance to TAA local association executives, and government relations staff whose roles align with the legal and legislative issues covered during the program.

This State Bar of Texas CLE-accredited program will feature expert panels and leading legal professionals discussing the latest developments in state and federal housing law, including legislative changes, regulatory updates, and emerging legal issues affecting property owners, operators, and housing professionals across Texas.
