In-Person Redbook Seminar hosted by the Big Country Apartment Association.

Sharpen your knowledge of your legal rights and responsibilities as a rental housing owner or manager by participating in one of the REDBOOK seminars. Seminars emphasize changes in management practices required by new laws passed during the last legislative session as well as updates on key regulatory issues that affect property management.

This year’s program includes two in-depth modules (each about three hours):

Module 1 – SB 38 & Evictions: What changed, why it matters, and how to protect your property under the state’s streamlined eviction process. (3 CECs)
Module 2 – Operational Essentials: Real-world issues shaping property management — from screening and leasing to fair-housing compliance, repairs, and beyond. (3 CECs)
