At TAA’s National Standards of the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE), Inspection Training: Find out how TDHCA conducts NSPIRE inspections and how inspections impact your development. Discover how NSPIRE inspections work and what to expect during the NSPIRE inspection. TDHCA staff will also discuss differences between UPCS and NSPIRE. Learn how to prepare for your inspection with plenty of examples of common deficiencies found during an NSPIRE inspection.

To receive a certificate for the online seminar, you must register with TAA. Access instructions and seminar materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online seminar. Please provide an accurate email address when you register.
