Brian Cweren founded the Cweren Law Firm, PLLC in 2000 and has been very active in the multifamily industry since that time. Brian Cweren is a real estate attorney and commercial litigator who focuses his practice on the representation of multi-family and commercial building owners, developers, and operators. Mr. Cweren has handled thousands of trials in various courts throughout Texas (Federal, State District, County and Justice of the Peace courts) – almost all in favor of the client. For over thirty (30) years, Brian has been involved in rental property management and/or ownership. Brian has extensive experience in renovations, leasing, and property management.
