Jan. 21: TDHCA presents online Housing Tax Credit Training

TDHCA is presenting Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Training live, online on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. This training will be led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff and will provide a solid foundation of information that owners, syndicators, managers, and on-site staff need to know in order to comply with the requirements for the HTC program.

While the webinar is offered at no cost, all attendees must register online at: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/8005463247550016090.

Access instructions and materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online training. The program is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Central Time, and will include time for breaks and lunch just as if this were an in-person event. This webinar will be eligible for continuing education credits for certain certifications, but it will not meet the requirements for Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) CEC hours.
