HAA / TAA Redbook Seminar – Brazoria County

TAA Redbook seminars focus on updating on changes in management practices required by new laws passed during the last legislative session as well as updates on key regulatory issues that affect property management. This year’s program includes two in-depth modules (each about three hours):

Module 2 – Operational Essentials: Real-world issues shaping property management — from screening and leasing to fair-housing compliance, repairs, and beyond. (3 CECs)
