Feb. 6: TDHCA Compliance presents Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements Training, Office Hours

TDHCA’s Multifamily Compliance staff presents Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements Training and Office Hours; live online, on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Central Time.

The Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements Training, led by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff, will have a presentation of the recordkeeping requirements outlined in Rule Section 10.608 and reporting requirements outlined in Rule Section 10.607. The webinar will serve as an outline of the Texas Administrative Code’s rule requirements and allow housing partners and their staff an opportunity to ask questions in order to gain a better understanding of the requirements. The training will run from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 10:30 a.m., Central Time.

Multifamily Compliance staff will remain available afterward in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. to allow the Department’s partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the live training, please login around 10:30 a.m. The open forum time will cover multifamily compliance or physical inspection topics as brought up by interested parties. There will be no formal presentation during this timeframe, but staff will be on-hand to answer questions and offer guidance.
