March 27: TDHCA presents virtual Income Determination Training

TDHCA will present a live online presentation of the Income Determination Training on Friday, March 27, 2026. This training focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA’s various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners, managers, on-site staff, and all Multifamily Direct Loan program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.
