TAA Water Billing Tool Kit
The TAA Water Billing Tool Kit offers resources and guidance for property owners who bill residents for water use, including a self-audit checklist. The tool kit also includes the state’s water statutes, the water billing rules administered by the Public Utility Commission of Texas, the PUC’s registration form for properties that wish to allocate or submeter water, and the PUC’s tenants guides for allocated and submetered water.
