Guest Queuing. Any area where guests queue will be marked with proper distancing.
Meeting and Banquet Spaces. Meeting and banquet set-up arrangements will allow for physical distancing between guests in all meetings and events based on CDC and state recommendations. (This will affect seating capacity for functions, but sufficient seating will be available to accommodate Conference attendees. For example, the total seating available during a block of educational sessions will accommodate attendees present, but seating for each session will be limited.)
Trade Show and Exhibit Spaces. Trade show booth set-up arrangements will allow for physical distancing between booths based on CDC and state recommendations. Wider aisles will be maintained whenever possible.
