As of April 3, there were 57 days left in the 2017 Texas Legislative Session.

The Texas Apartment Association is following more than 500 bills affecting the industry on a host of issues, including landlord/tenant law, affordable housing, property and franchise taxes, gun liability, short-term rentals and many others.
