This time last year, we were just starting to learn about the novel coronavirus. One global pandemic, seemingly ever-changing pandemic-related regulations, and a massive winter storm with power and water outages later—and we could all use a break. The Texas Apartment Association ONE Conference & Expo is the break you need.

Here’s your first break—we’re holding the line on pricing for the 2021 TAA ONE Conference & Expo in San Antonio this April 14-16. That means you can register now or later for the same low “early-bird” price. And take advantage of one-day registration options and group discounts, on top of that low pricing, to build on your savings and value. See all the registration options.

You’ll get a break on hotel prices as well, since TAA’s hotel partners reduced the pre-pandemic room rates to reflect current market conditions. Check out your hotel options and rates; remember, you must be registered for the ONE Conference to book a hotel room, and you’ll be prompted to do so after you complete your conference registration.

Here’s some other “breaks” you’ll get at the ONE Conference:

  • Education breaks: How do you prefer to learn? Traditional seminars? Shorter labs? Something short and sweet while you take a break from visiting Expo booths? We’ve got you covered—about 60 educational sessions, with all these kinds of options. Learn from Lisa Trosien, Valerie Sargent, Katie Rigsby, Rommel Anacan, Kristi Fickert, Jen Piccotti, Kara Rice, Steve Matre, Bill Nye, Michelle Wierzgac, Heather Blume, Nina Troester, Michelle Molinaro and more!
  • Networking breaks: Connect with your peers at Conference social and networking events to make the most of all the new colleagues you’ll meet. Visit with established supplier partners and discover new ones in the Expo. Have a blast at the Thursday Riverwalk Reunion Kickoff Party on the San Antonio Riverwalk right at the Convention Center, with plenty to eat and drink and entertainment by Emerald City. Wrap up your Conference experience Friday night at the Leadership Celebration & Awards Dinner Gala, with after-program entertainment from Jessie’s Girls.
  • Lucky breaks: Take a chance on winning a 2021 Cadillac XT4 from the TAA Education Foundation Raffle. Play a round with your buddies at the TAA PAC Top Golf Tournament
  • Timely breaks: All this, in only two-and-a-half days out of the office, and no time away from home on the weekend.
