The Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation aims to educate individuals across the state about the career-growth opportunities offered within our industry. With that, we also want to remind current Texas apartment industry professionals of this key message: Everyone starts somewhere—YOU can hire the next industry leader!
In an effort to share this message with our members, TAAEF has launched “Hire the Next…,” a member-focused social media-driven campaign to encourage employers within the Texas apartment industry to have an open mind while searching for entry-level talent.
For the release of this mini-campaign, TAAEF was thrilled to have the opportunity to feature TAA President, Traci Hall. Traci started her career as a leasing consultant in 1988 and never looked back.
“I am where I am today because I was flexible, looked for opportunity, no matter how difficult, complicated or dirty the job was and worked hard,” Traci told us. “A few along the way noticed my strong work ethic and gave me those opportunities. I am thankful and proud of my multifamily career.”
TAAEF wants to encourage you to share this with your teams and on your social media channels! Help us remind our colleagues that we are shaping the future of our industry and by taking a chance on entry-level talent, you could “Hire the Next…” industry bigwig.
