A number of Texas Apartment Association members and apartment communities were recognized as Excellence Award winners at the National Apartment Association Education Conference & Exposition in Denver last month.

Martinez was also recognized in April as TAA’s Anita Marcino Leasing Professional of the Year.

Congratulations, too, to Angel Davila, CAMT, CAPS with Monarch Investment & Management Group in Franktown, Colorado, on his recognition as the Credential for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) of the Year! Davila previously lived in Austin and won a similar award from the Austin Apartment Association, and he has been nominated twice as TAA’s Mary Williams Maintenance Professional of the Year.
