TAA members across the state serve communities and residents this summer

Texas Apartment Association members throughout Texas are stepping up to serve their communities in unique and life-changing ways.

Apartment Association of Central Texas partnered with Central Texas Home Builders on a blood drive, collecting 9 units and saving an estimated 27 lives! Absolutely incredible.

Blaise Spitaleri with Gemstar Construction and the Houston Apartment Association coordinated HAA’s efforts to support Houston Welcomes Refugees, collecting essential household items to help refugees who are starting over in this country. HAA assembled 40 kits for this effort. Way to go above and beyond!

This is amazing! Victoria Apartment Association came together to host an estate sale benefitting Operation Firefighter which provides Christmas toys and meals to apartment families in need, delivered by Firefighter Santa.

Lubbock Apartment Association members raised more than $1,100 recently for the South Plains Food Bank by selling golf mulligans. The donation provided more than 3,000 meals for those in need. Wow!

Lubbock Apartment Association members also recently built a Class A dog house for the local CASAs for a CASA raffle, which raises money for court-appointed special advocates. The raffle raised $35,000 through all the “casas” auctioned.
