Registrants, exhibitors have options for refund or 2021 registration.
The Texas Apartment Association has made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the 2020 TAA Education Conference & Lone Star Expo scheduled for September 2-4 in Fort Worth.
We were looking forward—as we hope you were—to seeing our TAA family, friends, colleagues and industry leaders come together for an energizing and inspiring few days. It’s clear now that this is simply not the time for this event—even with the enhanced safety measures we and our venue partners at the Fort Worth Convention Center had put in place to protect Conference attendees and exhibitors.
We have plans in place to take care of our attendees and exhibiting companies. TAA will be offering both attendees and current exhibitors an option for a full refund processed in 60-90 days, or the opportunity to apply fees they’ve already paid to the 2021 TAA Conference.
For exhibitors that cancelled before June 30, we’ll give an option for a refund of their deposit or application of their deposit to the 2021 TAA Expo.
Conference registrants and exhibitors have been contacted about exercising these new options.
