Remember, the Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation also has a variety of promotional and training resources to help promote industry careers and attract new talent to the multifamily industry. The recently redesigned Room to Grow website includes information about industry careers and a “find your fit” quiz to help newcomers identify where their skills match up.

Companies looking to hire new talent can also check out TAA’s statewide Career Center. Members may post jobs in one or multiple markets, receive member discounts for their job posts, manage applicants throughout the hiring process, screen candidates with customized questionnaires and get alerts when new resumes are posted.
