Keep up with what’s happening in the Texas rental housing industry

ONE industry, ONE family, ONE exciting TAA Conference coming up!

Synopsis

What are we thankful for in 2020? A lot, actually. Something on our list that we hope is on yours: The great opportunity we’ll have for networking and education next April at the 2021 Texas Apartment Association ONE Conference & Expo in San Antonio.

Key takeaways

It’s November, and that means we’re channeling our attitudes of gratitude as we get ready to look back on this year-like-no-other.

So what are we grateful for as 2020 winds down? We’ll skip the obvious, and focus on looking ahead.

With that in mind, here are the top 10 things we’re grateful for about the Texas Apartment Association ONE Conference & Expo:

  1. We’re looking forward to budget season being over—and we’ve already made our plans for our teams to be in San Antonio April 14-16 for the TAA ONE Conference. Check out the registration options and discounts and make your own plans.
  2. We’re looking forward to the OPPORTUNITY to be together again with you all in ONE place—we’ve missed your faces, and we’re ONE family!
  3. We’re looking forward to NETWORKING with our industry colleagues and supplier partners—we’re ONE industry!
  4. We’re looking forward to world-class EDUCATION close to home—more than 60 educational sessions to choose from, for a great price.
  5. We’re looking forward to being inspired by Food Network Star, chef, restauranteur and author Guy Fieri, the featured guest at the Conference General Opening Session, and Conference emcee and PBS “Daytripper” Chet Garner, who’ll help us navigate around the Conference’s main events.
  6. We’re looking forward to finding new solutions for our companies and properties at the ONE Expo, packed with the best products and services to keep our businesses competitive.
  7. We’re looking forward to some fun again at the Thursday Riverwalk Reunion Kickoff Party, with fabulous food and equally fabulous entertainment by Emerald City. And still more fun on Friday night at the Stars of Texas Leadership Celebration & Awards Dinner Gala, with after-program entertainment from Jessie’s Girls.
  8. We’re looking forward to feeling safe at an “in-person” event, thanks to all the safety measures in place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio—including an air system that continuously cleans and circulates the air, ongoing UV-light sanitation at facility escalators, automatic temperature screening within the facility, contactless automatic doors, and more. Learn about all the safety measures in place here.
  9. We’re looking forward to pretending we’re playing golf at the TAA PAC Top Golf outing.
  10. We’re definitely looking forward to saying goodbye to 2020!

And we’re absolutely looking forward to seeing YOU there! So, what are you thankful for? Thankful you won’t miss out? #TAA2021
