The National Apartment Association (NAA) and NAA Education Institute are offering members complimentary access through July to Franklin Covey’s two-hour Unconscious Bias online course. This self-paced, online course helps participants identify and adjust for bias, cultivate meaningful connections and choose courage to make real change.
