The Texas Apartment Association has stepped up education programming to meet the needs of members working remotely during the pandemic. Learn more about the programs we have coming up.
- The Texas Apartment Association’s virtual training programs have increased dramatically during the course of the pandemic, touching on both COVID issues and regular programming.
- Five free webinars are planned this month, including a new update on COVID-related issues on February 19, and webinars covering new pool rules February 11 and the state’s new rental assistance program February 16.
- In addition, all of our regular affordable housing training programs offered in cooperation with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs will be held virtually through the spring.
Virtual education and training programs have been critical to keeping Texas Apartment Association members informed during the pandemic—and not just about all the changing legal issues, eviction moratoria and requirements dealing directly with the impacts of COVID-19 on rental housing.
While TAA has offered more than 20 free webinars addressing COVID-related legal issues, reaching 17,000+ members, we’ve also continued to offer important “routine” training programs for members.
