Brad Williams, CPM receives TAA’s Frank P. Finch Presidential Award

The Texas Apartment Association honored TAA Past President Brad Williams, CPM during the TAA Board of Directors meeting April 27 in Fort Worth.


The Texas Apartment Association’s prestigious Frank P. Finch Presidential Award was presented to TAA Past President Brad Williams, CPM during the TAA Board of Directors meeting April 27 in Fort Worth.

The Finch Presidential Award is typically given annually to an individual volunteer whose work has had the most impact on TAA during the previous year. TAA President Dave Marcinkowski chose to honor Williams for his many years of leadership and service to the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.

Williams served as TAA president in 2005-2006 and as the chairman of the board of the National Apartment Association in 2014. A regional vice president for Lincoln Property Company, he has more than 30 years of experience in property management and has been active at the local, state and national association levels for many years. He has also served as president of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and as the chairman of the NAA Political Action Committee for three years.
