2018-2019 TAA officers installed
The Texas Apartment Association’s new leadership team was elected and installed during the TAA Education Conference & Lone Star Expo in San Antonio.
- The Texas Apartment Association’s new volunteer leadership team will begin their terms June 1.
- The association’s new officers and Executive Committee members were elected and installed during the TAA Education Conference & Lone Star Expo last month in San Antonio.
Traci Hall, CPM was installed on Friday, April 27 as the 56th president of the Texas Apartment Association. Hall is the is the West Region President for AMLI Residential. She is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
The installation took place as part of the 2018 TAA Education Conference & Lone Star Expo in San Antonio, April 25-27. Peggy Daly and Maria Banks, also with AMLI, installed Hall and the other TAA officers and vice presidents at large.
New Executive Committee members will begin their terms June 1. In addition to Hall, the new officers are: President-Elect Mark Hurley, Highland Commercial Properties, San Antonio; Treasurer Hugh Cobb, CPM, Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services, Dallas; and Secretary Clay Hicks, CPM, The Dinerstein Companies, Houston.
Vice presidents at large are: Kyle Brown, CPM, Milestone Management, Houston; Alex Garcia, Weidner, Midland; Demetrio Jimenez, Tropicana Properties, El Paso; Gregory Johnson, CAM, CAPS, Whispering Hills Apartments, Killeen; Char McCurdy, Madera Residential, Dallas/Tarrant County; Jenifer Paneral, CPM, Dayrise Residential, Houston; Renetta Quintana, United Apartment Group, San Antonio; and Cindi Scoggins, CAPS, Westdale Asset Management, Tarrant County.
Outgoing president Jackie Rhone, CAPS, CPM with Greystar Real Estate Partners in Houston was also honored during the General Opening Session April 26 for her contributions as TAA’s 55th president.
