The new leaders of the Texas Apartment Association were installed April 29 in Fort Worth during the association’s annual Education Conference & Lone Star Expo. Their terms begin June 1.
Jackie Rhone, CAPS, CPM was installed on Saturday, April 29 as the 55th president of the Texas Apartment Association. Rhone is the global Executive Director, Real Estate Strategic Services for Greystar Real Estate Partners. She is based in Houston.
The installation took place as part of the 2017 TAA Education Conference & Lone Star Expo in Fort Worth, April 26-29. Andrew Livingstone, the global Executive Managing Director, Property Management with Greystar installed Rhone. TAA Past President Stacy Hunt, Greystar’s Executive Director, Client Services for the United States, installed the other officers and vice presidents at large.
New Executive Committee members will begin their terms June 1. In addition to Rhone, the new officers are: President-Elect Traci Hall, CPM, Addison, AMLI Residential; Treasurer Mark Hurley, Highland Commercial Properties, San Antonio; and Secretary Hugh Cobb, CPM, Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services, Dallas.
Vice presidents at large are: Todd Hess, Fort Hood Family Housing, Central Texas; Clay Hicks, CPM, The Dinerstein Companies, Houston; Demetrio Jimenez, Tropicana Properties, El Paso; Ian Mattingly, CPM, LumaCorp, Inc., Dallas; Allyson McKay, CPM, Lincoln Property Company, San Antonio; Jenifer Paneral, CPM, Pinnacle, Houston; Robbie Robinson, CAM, CAPS, IMT Residential, Austin; and Cindi Scoggins, CAPS, Westdale Asset Management, Tarrant County.
Outgoing president Dave Marcinkowski with Madera Residential in Lubbock was also honored during the General Opening Session April 27 for his contributions as TAA’s 54th president.
