These include education, recognition, leadership development, benefits, culture, and solutions to current challenges. In addition, Steve assists all communities with the hiring and on-boarding process, and the effective management and compliance with all labor, safety, and benefits regulations and programs.

Melissa Morris is the Director of Human Resources for The Dolben Company and has over twenty years of human resources and real estate industry experience. She is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including benefits, employee relations, training, recruiting and Human Resources administration. She holds the prestigious Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from SHRM and has earned her Advanced Instructor designation from the NAAEI. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree from Suffolk University.
