This Apartment and Rental Housing Legal – Live Online! event takes an in-depth look at changes in the 2020-2021 REDBOOK. The course is taught by David Fritsche with Law Offices of R. David Fritsche. The program is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a lunch break from 12 to 1 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:30 a.m. TREC’s rules require that you be visible on a webcam for the entire length of the seminar if you plan to claim credit for this seminar.
This course has been approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 5 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education elective credits for licensed real estate agents or brokers. Licensed realtors and brokers must provide their license number at the seminar to earn MCE credits. TREC Course name & number: 38665. TREC Provider name & number: Texas Apartment Association, 0087. This seminar also qualifies for 5 hours of continuing education credits for CAM, CAPS, CAMT, CAS and NALP designates.
