This Apartment and Rental Housing Legal – Live Online! event takes an in-depth look at changes in the 2020-2021 REDBOOK. The course is taught by Bill Warren with Warren Law Firm. The program is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a lunch break from 12 to 1 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:30 a.m. TREC’s rules require that you be visible on a webcam for the entire length of the seminar if you plan to claim credit for this seminar.
This course has been approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 5 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education elective credits for licensed real estate agents or brokers.
