This Apartment and Rental Housing Legal Seminar takes an in-depth look at changes in the 2022-2023 REDBOOK. The course is taught by David Fritsche with Law Offices of R. David Fritsche. The program is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with lunch provided from 12 to 1 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:30 a.m. This program is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 5 elective hours for licensed realtors. Licensed realtors and brokers must provide their license number at the seminar to earn CE credits. This seminar qualifies for 5 hours of NAAEI continuing education credits. Cancellations must be received in writing by May 19, 2022 and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed.
Approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 5 hours of real estate elective CE credit.
