The program is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will include time for breaks and lunch just as if you were at an in-person seminar. Certificates will be emailed to attendees who arrive before 10 a.m. and remain online for the entire seminar. Cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed. This course has been approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 5 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education elective credits for licensed real estate agents or brokers. Licensed realtors and brokers must provide their license number at the seminar to earn MCE credits. TREC Course name & number: 38665. TREC Provider name & number: Texas Apartment Association, 0087. This seminar also qualifies for 5 hours of continuing education credits for CAM, CAPS, CAMT, CAS and NALP designates.
