DESCRIPTION:Presented by: Core Distributing Central LLC \nIn this seminar\, you will learn:\nThe Federal Clean Air Act\, Section 608\, requires anyone who performs service\, maintain\, repair\, or dispose of appliances and equipment that contains regulated refrigerants to be certified in proper refrigerant handling techniques. \nThe EPA also restricts the sale of regulated refrigerants to certified technicians only. Technicians who violate these provisions may be required to appear in Federal Court and are subject to fines and lose their certification. \nSnacks will be provided. Lunch on your own from 11:30am-12:30pm. \n***Please keep in mind\, this class needs 30 registrants to make. \nThe price of the course includes the study materials. Registrations will be sent on a weekly basis to Core Distributing Central so that your study guide may be delivered out to your property the following week.
