It’s too expensive. >> I understand we have to watch our expenses, but it costs us $ every time we lose a resident. I know I can get some great ideas for keeping our residents satisfied, and that will save us money in our operating costs.

Understanding Your Conference Expenses
Conference expenses should be budgeted far in advance during budget planning. For easy approval, calculate all estimated expenses for attending to include when making your case. Below are some expenses to include in your estimate:
- Conference Registration
- Hotel
- Transportation – airfare or mileage reimbursement
- Cab, Shared Ride Fares and/or Parking
- Meals
- Gratuity/Tips
