Important Information for Exhibitors

We are excited to welcome exhibitors to the TAA ONE Expo, April 19-21 in Fort Worth, TX!

Below is the exhibitor kit which contains general show information, critical details, important timelines, and order forms for all your exhibiting needs. Please contact Lynn Fisher, CMP with specific inquiries.

You get the booth space with a curtained backdrop and signage.  Any tables, carpet, services, etc. must be provided by your company or ordered from our show decorator.  TAA has secured a furniture package at a discounted rate, so you will want to review that form provided in the exhibitor kit.  Take advantage of discount pricing by ordering by March 22, 2023.

You will receive three comp booth personnel badges per 10′ x 10′ booth and an opportunity to purchase three additional booth personnel badges per 10 x 10 booth at $25 each, providing a maximum of six persons permitted per 100 square feet of booth space.

Evening events tickets can be purchased separately online when registering your team. Events may sell out so we encourage you to order them ahead of time.

Sponsoring companies, depending on the tier chosen, may be able to have additional booth personnel, and comp event tickets depending on their contractual agreement.

FREEMAN is the Official General Contractor of TAA ONE Expo and will maintain an Exhibitor Service Center during set-up, show days and dismantling. All other official show contractors will also be set up in this area as well. All inquiries regarding booth services and orders should be made at the Exhibitor Service Center once onsite, including booth furnishings, labor, freight, utilities, and special show services. However, we encourage you to order prior to arriving to save you time and money.

Show Management will not be held accountable for any misprints to any of the dates listed. The responsibility lies with the exhibitor.

Note the DEADLINE DATES – completing these early can save you up to 30%!

The companies listed below have been appointed as the only Official Contractors providing the stated services for this event.  Show Management carefully considers the selection of Official Contractors based on quality of service, variety of products, price, and reputation, and they value the business of our customers and provide quality products and services.

Some companies may misrepresent themselves as being an official contractor so PLEASE be sure to check the list in the exhibitor manual or reach out via email.

Things to watch for if you are considering the services of a non-official contractor are hidden charges for material handling, labor, and shipping that you might not pay otherwise (for example on carpet rental), control over delivery time, availability during move-in and leverage if something goes wrong.

Also be advised that non-official contractors will need to abide by the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor procedures, provide insurance certificates, etc. in order to gain access to the Show Floor. You can download an EAC form from the Expo portal, this page, or from the Freeman Online Exhibitor Kit.

TAA will be sending out a registration list after the early-bird pricing deadline of March 9.  A second list will be sent closer to the Conference and one including all onsite registrations will be emailed after the event. These are FREE!
