Educational seminars
TAA offers seminars for owners and top management, and for onsite professionals. Some TAA-sponsored seminars offer continuing education credits for CAM, CAMT, and CAMT II, CAPS, CAS, and NALP designates, and Mandatory Continuing Education credits (MCE) required by the Texas Real Estate Commission for real estate licensees.

- Regional seminars are designed for rental housing owners and management company executives and focus on timely topics of interest to industry leaders.

NEW for the 2008-09 REDBOOK cycle, TAA has been offering "Apartment and Rental Housing Legal Webinars," with the exact same information that is offered in the in-person seminars and the convenience of a web-based format.
- Module 1 is 2 hours long and includes REDBOOK Treasures and Operations/Maintenance Update
- Module 2 is 1.5 hours long and includes Forms Review
- Module 3 is 1.5 hours long and invludes Legislative and Regulatory Changes
