Hotel Reservations
**Attention: The only TAA endorsed hotel for the 2010 Education Conference & Lone Star Expo is the Hilton Americas Hotel at 1600 Lamar, Houston, Tx.**

TAA's special conference rates: $164 single and $184 double/triple/quad. Reservations must be made by March 25 to qualify for these special discounted rates.

Freeman Exhibitor's Online:

Your Online Service Manual for Exhibitors is available online through Freeman.

Freeman OnLine is available for your convenience to order all TAA and Freeman Services, view show schedule, or print order forms. You should have received an email which includes a direct link to Freeman OnLine. To place online orders you will be required to enter your unique Login ID and Password. Move-in hours
Wednesday, April 21
3-7 p.m.

Thursday, April 22
7 a.m.-4 p.m.

Show hours
Thursday, April 22
5-7:30 p.m.

Friday, April 23
11 a.m.-3 p.m.

All move-in must be complete and exhibits ready when the show officially opens.

If you are not moved in by Thursday at 4 p.m., TAA reserves the right to turn your booth into a lounge area and you will be charged for all costs.

Move-out hours
Friday, April 23
3:45-10 p.m.

No exhibits may be dismantled and no move-out is allowed before the official close of the show on Friday.
