This program includes everything you need to know to be in compliance with requirements for the housing tax credit program. The course is taught by the compliance staff at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. The program is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with lunch provided from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:00 a.m. This program is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 7 MCE credits.
