This program gives compliance managers and supervisors of tax credit properties the opportunity to gather in an intimate setting to discuss issues most important to them. Experts from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and a panel of your peers will give you a beyond the basics look at what you need to know to comply with requirements for the housing tax credit program. The program is scheduled from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 2:00 p.m. This program is not approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for MCE credits.
