This program will teach all you need to know to complete the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) 2010 Annual Owner Compliance Report by the March 1, 2012 deadline. Compliance experts from TDHCA will show you step-by-step how to navigate TDHCA’s Compliance Monitoring and Tracking System (CMTS). The program is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:00 a.m. This program is not approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for MCE credits.
